- How do I apply? Complete the application on the Careers page and upload your resume and credentials.
- What happens after I apply? Our recruiting team reviews your application and contacts qualified candidates about available opportunities.
- Do I need to provide a Social Security number to apply? No. Sensitive identification and tax information is only collected later, during secure onboarding, after you have been selected.
- Are my uploaded documents private? Yes. Documents are stored in private storage and are only accessible to authorized VitaLink administrators.
- Can I update my documents later? Yes — contact your recruiter and we will add the updated files to your record.
For facilities
- How do I request staff? Submit the Request Staff form on the For Facilities page and our team will follow up.
- What disciplines can VitaLink support? See the Specialties page for the roles we recruit for.
- What information should I include in a request? Position, specialty, shift, start date, headcount, contract length, and urgency.
